Our invited review paper has been published on Advanced Sciences

We collaborated with Prof Joshua Robinson at Penn State Uni. and published the invited review paper, “Controllable Thin-Film Approaches for Doping and Alloying Transition Metal Dichalcogenides Monolayers” in Advanced Sciences. Now this work is published on line. This paper reviewed recent progress on thin film synthesis and processing techniques for doping 2D materials that is essential for next-generation optoelectronic applications.
